We are Fire Sheep – a team that is on fire for TFA.
Fire Sheep is a group of enthusiastic firefighters united by one common passion – TFA (Toughest Firefighter Alive), the toughest firefighting sport in the world. In full emergency gear and with breathing apparatus on our backs, we climb stairs, break through obstacles with a hammer and pull 80-kilogram dummies. Every training session is a fight against our own limits – and we love that fight.
Our team consists of volunteer and professional firefighters from different parts of the country. We are united by hard work, mutual support and the desire to move forward. We compete in competitions throughout the Czech Republic and abroad - from Germany to Belgium.
Why "Fire Sheep"? Because even sheep can be dangerous when there's fire under their feet. 🐑🔥
Whether you know us from training or racing, one thing is certain – we have hearts of fire and wills of steel. And this is just the beginning.
Jakub Hušek
My name is Jakub Hušek and I have been a member of SDH Bozkov since 2014. I started in the youth categories and with the youth team we made it to the Czech Fire Sports Championship for the first time in 2021. I am a student of fire protection at SPŠCH Pardubice and thanks to my classmates I got to TFA in 2024. This sport interested me with its complexity - the connection of strength, endurance and technique and the fact that it is not a sport only about rivalry (which is of course also there), but that we all support each other and we are one big "TFA family". Thanks to TFA, I have met a lot of new people for whom I am grateful. My goal in TFA is to push my boundaries and improve more and more.
Amalie Kabátová
Jmenuji se Amálie Kabátová a jsem členkou SDH Slavětín. Tomuto sportu se věnuji od roku 2011. Nejprve jsem se zaměřovala pouze na požární útoky, za které jsem běhala za tým.
V roce 2022 jsem se poprvé zúčastnila závodu TFA, a to rovnou na Hazmburku. Tento závod mě natolik zaujal, že se od té doby TFA věnuji naplno.
Na TFA mě baví jeho komplexnost – propojení síly, vytrvalosti i techniky. Zároveň to není jen o soupeření, ale i o vzájemné podpoře, protože mezi závodníky panuje skvělá atmosféra a taková „TFA rodina“. Díky tomuto sportu jsem poznala spoustu skvělých lidí, za což jsem vděčná.
Petra Černucká
My name is Petra Černucká, I am a volunteer firefighter at SDH Lenešice. I have been doing TFA for 4 years. Before that, I was involved in firefighting for 14 years and that long time led me to change. I was looking for different sports and TFA seemed like a real challenge to me. I tried one race and I immediately stayed with this sport, I wouldn't have it anymore. Of course, we want to raise our higher limits in this sport too, so last year we started doing harder races like Firefit Europe and FCC.
Robin Bureš
TFA se věnuji od roku 2012 jelikož mé povolaní je u HZS Ústeckýho kraje na stanici v Lounech, tak tento sport mi byl souzen , krom TFA mám rád běhání . Postupem času jsem začal běhat i těžší disciplíny jako je FCC a Firefit Europe.
Díky tomuto sportu jsem našel nové přátele a poznal jsem různá zahraniční místa . Můj velký vzor je Jared Johnson nejlepší hasič světa. Nikdy bych neřekl že bych se s ním mohl potkat a díky Word Police and fire games Birmingham Alabama 2025 se stalo skutečností a já se Jaredem potkal osobně.

I am a professional firefighter with the Liberec Region Fire Department and have been involved in TFA since I was 15, when I was introduced to it by the fire school in Semily. For me, TFA/FCC is not just about physical fitness, it is about determination and willpower. Each race is a new challenge, where I try to surpass myself, push my limits a little further and prove to myself that I can do more than the last time.
